Project Management Methodology : PAM
Need a Lightweight Project Management Methodology? We have an application called Depute, which helps if you have ever asked how do I manage my tasks?. Read below about the methodology we use.
Plan And Monitor, PAM, is the proprietary Here, There and Everywhere project management methodology to help you plan and manage your projects.
If you want a fuller and more heavyweight methodology we would recommend Prince II,or PMP, take a look.
Project Management is the process and activity of planning, organising, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals. A project is a temporary endeavour designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time or resource constrained, and often constrained by costs), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or value. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints. The primary constraints are scope, time, quality and budget. The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimise the allocation of necessary inputs and integrate them to meet pre-defined objectives.
See Wikipedias article on project management for more information.
