01. Dharmakaya. Body of essence, or emptiness or absolute nature.
The pure light of your own heart, the unmanifested mode, and the supreme state of absolute knowledge, or ultimate reality this mode represents and embodiment of the truth itself.
This mode is usually associated with Vairocana.
The wisdom of suchness and the wisdom of mirror like awareness reside here.
02. Sambhogakāya. Body of enjoyment or bliss, or the subtle energetic, luminous appearance.
The non-differentiating light of your heart, this heavenly mode, or is a divine incarnation of the Buddha.
This mode sometimes usually associated with Amitābha, Vajrasattva and Manjushri who will have completed their vows.
In the this transcendental dimension of spiritual perception more oftentimes the Buddhas in the sambhogakāya aspect are dwelling in pure Buddha fields and are categorized into five Buddha families, arranged in the mandala of the Five Tathāgatas where each direction is headed by a Buddha.
Appearing in their“glorious enjoyment body in their limitless “Diamond” (Vajradhātu) or “Dharma” spheres (Dharmadhātu) the Five Tathāgatas are only perceived spiritually Vairocana in the centre of white colour, Akṣobhya in the east (blue), Ratnasambhava in the south (yellow), Amitābha in the west (red) and Amoghasiddhi in the north (green). They appear all alike, but vary in their particular colour, the different positions of their hands (mudra) and their vehicles (vāhana).

03. Nirmanakaya. Body of transformation or material appearance body.
The non-discriminating light of your own heart, the earthly mode, the Buddha for example as he appeared on earth.
This mode it is usually associated with Gautama.
